End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Aigars Treijs ("Service Provider") for the use of the Spark Pall mobile application ("Application").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

The Service Provider grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions

• You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Application.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part thereof.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Application.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

The Application may collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to such data collection and usage.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Sentry

6. Updates and Modifications

• The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time without prior notice.
• You agree to accept these updates and modifications as part of using the Application.
• This EULA will govern any updates provided by the Service Provider, unless a separate license accompanies the update.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Service Provider. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Application, either express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.

10. Changes to this EULA

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page.
